What is Fast Pay?
Get Paid Before Your Invoice Is Due
Fast Pay allows self-employed individuals to receive their earnings before their client has paid the invoice. Normally, payment is made once the client has settled the invoice. With Fast Pay, you can receive your earnings earlier based on an approved invoice, subject to the service's terms and conditions.This is especially useful when you've completed a job but your client's payment is still pending.
How Fast Pay Works
1. Register
Create your free account. No Business ID required.
2. Create an Invoice
Enter your client's details and information about the work you've completed.
3. Request Fast Pay
Submit a Fast Pay request through the system. Approval is subject to meeting the Fast Pay terms and conditions.
4. Approve Your Payment
Once your request has been approved and your earnings are available for withdrawal, review your payslip and approve the payment.

Compared to standard salary payments
This calculation is an estimate and does not include tax withholding, statutory fees, or other possible deductions. Fast Pay approval is subject to meeting the service's terms and conditions. The total invoice amount, including VAT, must not exceed €4,000.

- The total invoice amount must not exceed 4000€.
- The invoice payment term must not exceed 14 days.
- Fast Pay is not available for a company's first invoice.
- The work must be completed, and the client must be able to confirm the accuracy of the invoice.
- Invoices issued to private individuals are not eligible for Fast Pay.
- The invoice and the client must meet all other financing requirements.

Yes! With Fast Pay, you can receive your earnings before your client pays the invoice, provided your Fast Pay request has been approved and the service's terms and conditions are met.
Fast Pay is not available for a company's first invoice. However, you can start using Kassavirtanen's standard invoicing service immediately after registering.

With instant pay, you can receive your salary faster, even on the same day, when the conditions are met. The additional fee for instant pay is 2.5% + VAT on top of the regular service fee.
Fast Pay requests are processed in the order they are received during our customer service hours. A confirmation request is sent to the client when the invoice is issued. Once all requirements are met and Fast Pay has been approved, your payment can be made as early as the same day.
Instant pay is available when you invoice companies, organizations, municipalities, or government entities. Instant pay is not suitable for invoicing private individuals.
Instant pay can be granted for invoices with a total amount of up to €4,000, provided that the other instant pay conditions are met.
